Deep Poker Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Deep Poker mobile application, provided by Sports Wrecking Ball. By downloading, installing, or using Deep Poker, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Deep Poker
Deep Poker is a single-player Texas Hold’em-style strategy game in which a human player competes against a computer-controlled opponent.
The computer opponent may gradually adjust its behavior based on the individual player’s gameplay.
Deep Poker is provided for entertainment, education, and strategy practice only.
2. No Real-Money Gambling
Deep Poker does not offer or facilitate real-money gambling.
The app does not:
- Accept deposits
- Award cash or prizes
- Permit withdrawals
- Sell gambling credits
- Exchange points for money
- Provide access to real-money casinos
- Arrange games between users for money
Google Play generally prohibits unapproved apps from facilitating real-money gambling, and simulated casino games must not promote or direct users to real-money gambling services.
3. Points Have No Monetary Value
Deep Poker uses points as part of its gameplay.
Points:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be purchased
- Cannot be sold or transferred
- Cannot be redeemed for money, merchandise, cryptocurrency, prizes, or services
- Exist only inside the game
Players gain or lose points only as part of the game’s scoring and strategy system.
4. Computer Opponent
Deep Poker may use an adaptive computer opponent that observes gameplay patterns such as:
- Folding
- Checking
- Calling
- Raising
- Going all in
- Aggressiveness
- Responses to different game situations
- Results of completed hands
The computer opponent is not guaranteed to make perfect decisions, improve after every hand, recognize every bluff, or become an expert poker player.
The learning feature may produce unexpected, inconsistent, or weak decisions, especially during early gameplay.
5. Fair Play
The computer opponent is not intended to:
- Access the human player’s hidden cards
- Manipulate the deck
- Stack cards
- Change card probabilities
- Select actions that the game engine has determined are illegal
The game engine controls card dealing, legal actions, point totals, game rules, and winner determination.
6. Saved Progress
Deep Poker may save game progress and computer-learning information locally on the user’s device.
Normal app updates are intended to preserve this information. However, data may be lost if:
- The app is uninstalled
- App storage is cleared
- The user resets the learned opponent
- The device is reset, damaged, or replaced
- Files become corrupted
- A future update uses an incompatible data format
Sports Wrecking Ball does not guarantee permanent preservation or recovery of saved data.
7. Advertising
Deep Poker may display banner advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.
Advertisements are separate from the game and do not affect card dealing, legal actions, points, or the computer opponent’s decisions.
Sports Wrecking Ball does not control every product, service, claim, or destination advertised by third parties.
8. No Guarantee of Skill Improvement
Deep Poker may help players become familiar with poker rules, card rankings, probability, and strategy.
However, the app does not guarantee that a player will:
- Improve at poker
- Win real poker games
- Earn money
- Select perfect actions
- Defeat other players
Nothing in the app constitutes gambling, financial, legal, or investment advice.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use Deep Poker for unlawful purposes
- Assign real-world value to points
- Use the app to organize illegal gambling
- Attempt to interfere with or damage the app
- Exploit errors or vulnerabilities
- Misrepresent Deep Poker as a real-money gambling service
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app except where permitted by law
10. Intellectual Property
Deep Poker and its original code, graphics, branding, text, design, and learning system are owned by or licensed to Sports Wrecking Ball.
Users receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to use the app for lawful personal purposes.
11. Updates and Availability
Sports Wrecking Ball may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Deep Poker or any of its features.
Updates may change:
- Game rules
- Computer behavior
- Learning methods
- Point systems
- Advertising providers
- Saved-data formats
- Device compatibility
- User-interface features
12. Disclaimer
Deep Poker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Sports Wrecking Ball does not guarantee that the app will:
- Always be available
- Operate without errors
- Work on every device
- Preserve all saved data
- Produce perfect decisions
- Improve at a particular rate
- Meet every user’s expectations
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Wrecking Ball will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the app
- Loss of saved progress
- Reliance on computer decisions
- Device or software problems
- Third-party advertisements
- Third-party products or services
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the app changes.
The current version will be posted on the Sports Wrecking Ball website with an updated effective date.

Sports Wrecking Ball provides the Deep Poker mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when users play the game.

This information is used to operate the game and personalize the computer opponent.
2. Personalized Learning
Deep Poker may analyze gameplay actions to adapt the computer opponent to the current player.
The learning system may process:
- Public cards
- The computer’s own cards
- Current game stage
- Available legal actions
- Point totals
- Points required to continue
- Previous player actions
- Completed-hand outcomes
- Estimated player tendencies
The computer opponent is not intended to receive or process the human player’s hidden cards while making decisions.
3. Local Processing
The computer-opponent learning profile is intended to remain on the user’s device.
Sports Wrecking Ball does not intentionally receive the local neural-network model, replay memory, or gameplay tendency profile through the learning feature.
This statement does not apply to information that may be processed or transmitted separately by third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, operating-system, or app-store services.
4. Advertising
Deep Poker may use Unity or another third-party advertising service to display banner advertisements.
Advertising providers may automatically collect or process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers
- Device identifiers
- IP address
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Device type and operating-system information
- App interactions
- Advertisement views and clicks
- Diagnostic and performance information
- Fraud-prevention information
- Privacy and consent choices
Unity states that it may process player data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its privacy policy.
The exact information collected depends on the advertising SDK version, user settings, location, consent choices, and advertisement configuration.
5. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- Operate the game
- Save progress
- Personalize the computer opponent
- Improve stability and performance

6. Information Sharing

8. Deleting Local Data
Users may delete locally stored Deep Poker information by:
- Using the app’s reset feature, when available
- Clearing Deep Poker’s storage through Android settings
- Uninstalling Deep Poker
Clearing storage or uninstalling the app may permanently erase the personalized opponent and saved progress.
9. App Updates
Normal app updates are intended to preserve locally stored learning data.
However, Sports Wrecking Ball cannot guarantee that saved information will survive every update, technical failure, operating-system change, device failure, or data-format change.
10. Children’s Privacy
Deep Poker is a poker-themed game and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children.
The app does not require users to create an account or provide their name, address, phone number, or email address to play.
Third-party advertising requirements may vary depending on the app’s selected target audience and age rating. Parents and guardians should supervise use by minors.
If Deep Poker is offered to children or included in Google Play’s Families program, additional restrictions may apply, including rules concerning certified advertising SDKs, personalized advertisements, age screening, and privacy disclosures.
11. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information stored by the app.
However, no device, application, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Third-Party Services
Deep Poker may contain advertisements or links provided by third parties.
Sports Wrecking Ball is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites, advertisements, or services.
Users should review the privacy policies of those providers before interacting with them.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Deep Poker’s features, SDKs, advertising providers, or information-handling practices change.
