This Privacy Policy explains how SWB Track Prophet handles information when you use the application.
1. Information SWB Track Prophet Does Not Intentionally Collect
SWB Track Prophet does not require users to create an account with SWB Track Prophet and does not intentionally collect:
• Usernames or personal profiles;
• Passwords;
• Phone numbers;
• Contacts;
• Text messages or call logs;
• Precise location information;
• Complete payment-card or bank-account information;
• Google account passwords;
• User-provided CSV contents transmitted to SWB Track Prophet servers.
2. CSV Files and Local Processing
Users may provide compatible race CSV files for analysis and simulation.
CSV files are intended to be processed locally on the user’s device and are not intentionally transmitted to SWB Track Prophet servers.
Users are responsible for obtaining, securing, reviewing, and maintaining their files. Do not use confidential, regulated, proprietary, or sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to do so.
3. Unity LevelPlay Advertising
SWB Track Prophet uses the Unity LevelPlay advertising SDK to display advertisements within the application.
Unity LevelPlay and advertising partners available through its mediation platform may automatically collect or process certain information when advertisements are requested, displayed, or interacted with.
Depending on the advertising provider, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, this information may include:
• Device or advertising identifiers;
• IP address;
• Approximate location derived from network or device information;
• Device manufacturer and model;
• Operating-system information;
• Device language;
• Application information and app version;
• Advertising impressions, views, clicks, and interactions;
• Network and connection information;
• Crash, diagnostic, and performance information;
• Consent and privacy-preference signals;
• Other limited information necessary to deliver, measure, secure, or personalize advertisements.
SWB Track Prophet does not directly control all information collected by Unity LevelPlay or advertising partners participating in its mediation platform.
Unity and participating advertising providers process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, consent requirements, and applicable law.
Advertising-related information may be used to:
• Deliver advertisements;
• Measure advertising performance;
• Perform attribution and reporting;
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Limit repeated advertisements;
• Diagnose technical problems;
• Improve advertising services;
• Personalize advertising where permitted by law and the user’s privacy choices.
4. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
SWB Track Prophet includes the Unity LevelPlay advertising SDK for advertising and related measurement purposes.
The application does not intentionally transmit user-provided CSV files to Unity LevelPlay or its advertising partners.
Advertising providers may process device identifiers and other information described above for purposes including advertising, attribution, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and personalization where permitted by applicable law and the user’s privacy choices.
The presence, availability, and behavior of advertising services may vary according to region, device settings, advertising inventory, consent choices, and the advertising providers available through Unity LevelPlay.
5. Device Permissions
The application requests only permissions reasonably necessary for its stated operation.
Users may review or manage application permissions through their Android device settings. Restricting a required permission may limit or prevent certain features from functioning.
6. Data Security
Because race analysis primarily occurs on the user’s device, users are responsible for securing their device, files, backups, accounts, and access credentials.
SWB Track Prophet uses reasonable efforts to protect information under its control, but no device, network, software system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Data Retention
SWB Track Prophet does not intentionally retain user CSV files on its servers.
Limited support, diagnostic, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance information under SWB Track Prophet’s control may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, resolve disputes, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect legitimate interests.
Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising providers may retain advertising-related information according to their own privacy policies, retention practices, and applicable legal requirements.
8. Children’s Privacy
SWB Track Prophet is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information directly to SWB Track Prophet should contact the support address listed below.
9. Third-Party Advertising Services
Advertisements displayed in SWB Track Prophet may be provided by Unity LevelPlay and advertising partners participating in the Unity LevelPlay mediation platform.
Third-party advertising providers may operate according to their own privacy policies and may provide users with privacy, consent, or advertising-preference controls.
SWB Track Prophet does not control the privacy practices of third-party advertising providers.
Users may also have advertising and privacy controls available through their Android device, Google services, consent interfaces, or applicable advertising providers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
