1. ABOUT THE APPLICATION

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS is an independent fantasy-sports lineup generation and analytical application. The application assists users in generating fantasy-sports lineups from user-provided CSV files and user-selected settings.

The application primarily processes lineup data locally on the user’s device. The application may connect to third-party services, including the Unity LevelPlay advertising SDK and advertising partners made available through Unity LevelPlay, in order to display and manage advertisements.

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS does not accept wagers, place bets, process gambling transactions, operate fantasy contests, hold prize pools, act as a sportsbook, or provide gambling services.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE

You may use the application only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for determining whether fantasy-sports participation, lineup-generation tools, or use of any related third-party platform is lawful where you live or use the application.

The application is not intended for children under 13. Users under the age required by applicable law to enter binding agreements may use the application only with appropriate parental or legal-guardian involvement.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

3.1 Information Sports Wrecking Ball DFS Does Not Intentionally Collect

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS does not require users to create an account with Sports Wrecking Ball and does not intentionally collect:

• Usernames or personal profiles;
• Passwords;
• Phone numbers;
• Contacts;
• Text messages or call logs;
• Precise location information;
• Complete payment-card or bank-account information;
• Google account passwords;
• CSV file contents transmitted to Sports Wrecking Ball servers.

3.2 CSV Files and Local Processing

Users provide their own compatible CSV files.

CSV files used for lineup generation are intended to be processed locally on the user’s device and are not intentionally transmitted to Sports Wrecking Ball servers.

Users are responsible for obtaining, securing, reviewing, and maintaining their own files. Do not use files containing confidential, regulated, proprietary, or sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to do so.

3.3 Unity LevelPlay Advertising

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS uses the Unity LevelPlay advertising SDK to display advertisements within the application.

Unity LevelPlay and advertising partners available through its mediation platform may automatically collect or process certain information when advertisements are requested, displayed, or interacted with. Depending on the advertising provider, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, this information may include:

• Device or advertising identifiers;
• IP address;
• Approximate location derived from network or device information;
• Device manufacturer, model, operating system, and language;
• Application information and version;
• Advertising impressions, clicks, views, and interactions;
• Network and connection information;
• Crash, diagnostic, and performance information;
• Consent and privacy preference signals;
• Other limited information necessary to deliver, measure, secure, or personalize advertisements.

Sports Wrecking Ball does not directly control all information collected by Unity LevelPlay or advertising partners participating in its mediation platform.

Unity and participating advertising providers process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, consent requirements, and applicable law.

Advertising data may be used to provide advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and abuse, limit repeated advertisements, perform diagnostics, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.

3.4 Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS includes the Unity LevelPlay advertising SDK for advertising and related measurement purposes.

The application does not intentionally transmit user-provided CSV file contents to Unity LevelPlay or its advertising partners.

Advertising providers may use device identifiers and other information described in Section 3.3 for advertising, attribution, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, or personalization where permitted by applicable law and the user’s privacy choices.

3.5 Device Permissions

The application requests only permissions reasonably necessary for its stated operation.

Users may review or manage application permissions through their Android device settings. Restricting a required permission may limit or prevent certain features from functioning.

3.6 Data Security

Because lineup generation primarily occurs on the user’s device, users are responsible for securing their device, files, backups, accounts, and access credentials.

Sports Wrecking Ball uses reasonable efforts to protect information under its control, but no device, network, software system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

3.7 Data Retention

Sports Wrecking Ball does not intentionally retain user CSV files on its servers.

Limited support, diagnostic, legal-compliance, or other information under Sports Wrecking Ball’s control may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect legitimate interests.

Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising providers may retain advertising-related information according to their own privacy policies, retention practices, and legal obligations.

3.8 Children’s Privacy

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information directly to Sports Wrecking Ball should contact the support address listed below.

3.9 Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

4. ADVERTISING TERMS

4.1 Advertising

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS may display advertisements provided through the Unity LevelPlay advertising SDK and advertising partners participating in the Unity LevelPlay mediation platform.

4.2 Third-Party Advertisements

Sports Wrecking Ball does not necessarily select, create, endorse, or control every advertisement displayed through third-party advertising services.

Advertisements may link to third-party applications, websites, products, or services.

Sports Wrecking Ball is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, products, services, privacy practices, or conduct of third-party advertisers.

4.3 Advertising Availability

Advertising availability, format, frequency, and content may vary based on factors including device, region, network connection, advertising inventory, privacy settings, consent choices, and advertising-provider availability.

Sports Wrecking Ball does not guarantee that a particular advertisement or advertising format will always be available.

4.4 Advertising Privacy Choices

Users may have advertising and privacy controls available through their device, operating system, Google Play services, consent interfaces, or applicable advertising providers.

Limiting advertising identifiers, personalized advertising, or certain permissions may affect how advertisements are selected or measured but should not prevent access to the core lineup-generation functions of the application unless otherwise stated.

5. TERMS OF USE

5.1 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, Sports Wrecking Ball grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use the application for lawful personal purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of the application except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the application without written authorization;
• Circumvent access controls, security controls, advertising functionality, or feature restrictions;
• Interfere with, damage, overload, probe, attack, or disrupt the application or related services;
• Use the application in violation of law, third-party rights, Google Play policies, or the rules of a fantasy-sports platform;
• Misrepresent the application as affiliated with or endorsed by a third party;
• Use the application to facilitate fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

5.3 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining compatible CSV files;
• Confirming that they have authority to use those files;
• Verifying imported player, salary, projection, team, contest, and eligibility information;
• Reviewing, editing, and validating generated lineups;
• Confirming compliance with third-party platform rules;
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations;
• Deciding whether to submit or rely on any generated output.

5.4 Third-Party Platforms

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS may be used in connection with third-party fantasy-sports platforms.

Sports Wrecking Ball does not control and is not responsible for third-party rules, contest availability, data formats, eligibility decisions, scoring, account actions, fees, outages, privacy practices, or results.

Use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and policies.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS provides lineup suggestions and analytical outputs only.

The application does not guarantee:

• Winnings or profits;
• Successful contest outcomes;
• Accuracy or completeness of projections;
• Accuracy of player, salary, team, injury, or contest information;
• Accuracy of simulations or generated combinations;
• Acceptance of an exported file by a third-party platform;
• Continued availability of any sport, feature, contest type, or data format.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Users should independently verify all information before relying on or submitting generated lineups.

7. DISCLAIMERS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTS WRECKING BALL DFS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

SPORTS WRECKING BALL DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND RESULTS.

THE APPLICATION DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, GAMBLING, LEGAL, TAX, OR PROFESSIONAL SPORTS ADVICE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTS WRECKING BALL, ITS OWNER, OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, CONTEST LOSSES, ADVERTISING-SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT ACTIONS, DEVICE PROBLEMS, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Use of or inability to use the application;
• Reliance on generated lineups or analytical output;
• Errors in imported or third-party data;
• User decisions or contest submissions;
• Advertising-service, SDK, or third-party integration failures;
• Third-party platform, advertising-service, or Google Play actions;
• Service interruptions, defects, compatibility issues, or security incidents.

TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE COMPLETELY EXCLUDED, SPORTS WRECKING BALL’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APPLICATION WILL NOT EXCEED THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sports Wrecking Ball and its owner, operators, developers, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the application;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of law or third-party rights;
• Your files, data, submissions, or conduct;
• Your use of generated results on a third-party platform.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Sports Wrecking Ball DFS, including its original software, design, text, graphics, branding, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved.

Third-party trademarks, team names, league names, platform names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

11. SERVICE CHANGES, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

Sports Wrecking Ball may update, modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any application feature.

Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security concerns, policy violations, technical limitations, advertising-service requirements, or legal requirements.

The application may experience outages, errors, maintenance, data-format changes, device incompatibilities, or third-party service interruptions. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

• FIFA;
• The WNBA;
• The NCAA;
• Any professional sports league;
• Any sportsbook;
• Any fantasy-sports operator;
• Any other lineup-generation company.

All third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

15. HOW TO USE SPORTS WRECKING BALL DFS

Open Sports Wrecking Ball DFS.
Select the desired sport.
Obtain a compatible CSV file from your preferred fantasy-sports provider.
Import the CSV file into the application.
Adjust available lineup-generation settings, which may include:
• Salary minimum;
• Salary maximum;
• Projection minimums;
• Team limits;
• Number of lineups.
Run the lineup generator.
Review and validate every generated lineup.
Copy or export the results as needed.
Confirm all entries comply with the rules and data requirements of the third-party platform before submission.
