PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING SPORTS WRECKING BALL, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP, USING A LINEUP GENERATOR, OR ENTERING THE LIVE CHAT, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY AND THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
1. ABOUT SPORTS WRECKING BALL
Sports Wrecking Ball provides fantasy-sports lineup generation tools, a membership-based live chat, demonstration tools, and related informational and entertainment features.
Sports Wrecking Ball does not accept wagers, process bets, operate fantasy contests, hold prize pools, or provide gambling services. Users are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any generated output on third-party platforms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a membership, access the live chat, or use membership features.
By using the website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that your use of the services complies with all laws and rules that apply to you.
Sports Wrecking Ball may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes a user is under 18, has provided false information, has violated these Terms, or presents a safety, security, fraud, or abuse risk.
3. ACCOUNTS AND MEMBERSHIPS
Some features require a registered member account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Free Member:
• Read-only access to the live chat.
• No access to the full lineup generators unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Access to public demonstrations or free features made available on the website.
All Access Member:
• Full live-chat participation, subject to the Community Rules.
• Access to the full lineup generators and other paid features identified on the membership or checkout page.
• A recurring membership price of $5.00 every 30 days, unless a different price or billing period is clearly displayed before purchase.
Features, limits, pricing, and membership names may change prospectively. Material billing terms will be presented before purchase.
4. RECURRING BILLING, CANCELLATION, AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
An All Access membership is a recurring subscription. By purchasing it, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the displayed membership fee at the stated billing interval until canceled.
Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. Sports Wrecking Ball does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on its chat server.
Members may cancel through the account or subscription controls made available on the website. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically reverse charges already processed.
Refunds, credits, or exceptions, if any, will be handled as stated at checkout, required by applicable law, or determined by Sports Wrecking Ball in its reasonable discretion.
Sports Wrecking Ball may suspend paid access if a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or cannot be completed.
5. LINEUP GENERATOR TERMS
Lineup generators, projections, rankings, optimizers, CSV files, and related outputs are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
Sports Wrecking Ball does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, platform acceptance, player eligibility, scoring, placement, winnings, profitability, or results.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and submitting generated output. Third-party platforms may change formats, rules, salary data, eligibility requirements, or upload specifications without notice.
Demonstration generators may use limited, fictional, outdated, sample, or made-up data and are not represented as producing contest-ready lineups.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
6.1 Information We May Process
Depending on the feature used, Sports Wrecking Ball and its service providers may process:
• Account information, such as username, email address, membership level, account status, and login records;
• Subscription and transaction information, such as payment status, billing dates, plan name, and limited payment-related records;
• Files and data submitted to lineup tools, including uploaded CSV files;
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, referring pages, error logs, and connection information;
• Chat-related information described below;
• Communications sent to support addresses;
• Cookies, local storage, analytics information, and similar technologies used by Sports Wrecking Ball or third-party providers.
Sports Wrecking Ball seeks to collect and retain only information reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services.
6.2 How Information May Be Used
Information may be used to create and manage accounts, provide features, process payments, generate requested results, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, moderate chat, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and protect users and the service.
6.3 Uploaded Files and Generator Data
Files uploaded to a lineup generator are used to provide the requested output. Files and generated results may be processed temporarily and are not guaranteed to remain available.
Do not upload confidential, regulated, proprietary, or sensitive personal information unless the feature expressly requires it and you are authorized to provide it.
6.4 Service Providers
Sports Wrecking Ball relies on third-party providers for services that may include hosting, WordPress functionality, account management, payment processing, network tunneling, analytics, advertising, email, security, and technical infrastructure.
Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Sports Wrecking Ball is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
6.5 Cookies and Local Storage
The website or its service providers may use cookies, local browser storage, and similar technologies for login sessions, account functionality, preferences, security, analytics, advertising, and operations.
The chat may use local browser storage to remember blocked users or similar preferences. Information stored locally may remain on the user’s device until cleared through browser settings.
6.6 Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain accounts, complete transactions, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, preserve security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests.
Temporary files, logs, chat records, moderation records, and reports may be deleted automatically or retained longer when reasonably necessary.
6.7 Data Security
Sports Wrecking Ball uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the services and information under its control. No website, network, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6.8 Your Choices
Users may update available account information, cancel recurring memberships, clear browser storage, stop using the services, and contact Sports Wrecking Ball with privacy or account questions.
Requests may be subject to identity verification, technical limitations, retention obligations, and applicable law.
7. LIVE CHAT PRIVACY AND COMMUNITY RULES
7.1 Access and Visibility
The live chat is intended only for adults age 18 and older.
Free Members may read the chat but may not post. All Access Members may post, subject to these Terms and the Community Rules.
Chat messages are visible to other people in the room. Users may copy, record, screenshot, quote, or share messages. Temporary random display names do not guarantee anonymity.
Never post your real name, address, telephone number, email address, financial information, login credentials, precise location, government identification number, or other sensitive or personally identifying information.
7.2 Technical and Moderation Information
To operate, secure, and moderate the chat, Sports Wrecking Ball may process limited technical and moderation information, including connection information, timestamps, browser or device information, server logs, moderation events, and one-way identifiers derived from technical data.
A one-way identifier may be used to recognize repeated rule violations and enforce temporary restrictions. It is not displayed as a public profile.
7.3 Recent Messages and Reports
Recent chat messages may be held temporarily for message delivery, safety checks, moderation, troubleshooting, and report review.
When a user submits a report, Sports Wrecking Ball may retain the report reason, internal identifiers for the reporting and reported sessions, the reported user’s temporary display name, and a limited portion of recent chat messages.
Reports and moderation records may be retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or preservation of evidence.
Submitting a report does not guarantee immediate human review, continuous monitoring, or a particular outcome.
7.4 Automated Moderation
The chat may use automated rules to identify prohibited content and behavior. Messages may be delayed while being checked.
Automated moderation may remove messages, issue warnings, disconnect users, or impose temporary restrictions. Automated systems are imperfect and may fail to detect prohibited content or may restrict permitted content.
7.5 Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
• Threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, exploit, or abuse another person;
• Promote hatred, discrimination, violence, sexual exploitation, or unlawful conduct;
• Sexualize minors, request contact with minors, claim to be a minor, or facilitate exploitative conduct involving minors;
• Arrange dangerous, illegal, coercive, fraudulent, or sexually exploitative meetings or transactions;
• Buy, sell, advertise, or distribute illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, stolen property, or unlawful goods or services;
• Share another person’s private information or engage in doxxing;
• Post prohibited contact information, credentials, precise locations, or external links;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
• Spam, flood, automate, scrape, probe, attack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the website, access controls, payment controls, or moderation systems;
• Submit knowingly false, malicious, retaliatory, or abusive reports;
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
• Violate applicable law or encourage another person to do so.
7.6 Enforcement
Sports Wrecking Ball may remove or restrict content, issue warnings, disconnect users, suspend or terminate accounts or memberships, restrict sessions or technical identifiers, preserve relevant records, report credible threats or unlawful activity to appropriate authorities, and take other reasonable protective measures.
Moderation and enforcement decisions may be made in Sports Wrecking Ball’s reasonable discretion. Blocking and reporting features do not guarantee that harmful conduct will be prevented, detected, reviewed, or removed.
7.7 No Emergency Service
The chat is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency service.
Do not use the chat to request emergency assistance or report an imminent threat. Contact the appropriate emergency services or law-enforcement agency when immediate help is required.
8. USER CONTENT
You retain any rights you have in content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Sports Wrecking Ball a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, reproduce, retain, review, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, improve, and enforce the services and these Terms.
You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms or another person’s rights.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Sports Wrecking Ball may link to or interact with third-party websites, fantasy-sports platforms, payment processors, advertising services, or other services.
Sports Wrecking Ball does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, rules, availability, security, content, privacy practices, charges, contest results, or decisions.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Sports Wrecking Ball name, website design, original software, original written content, and related branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, users may not copy, sell, license, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit Sports Wrecking Ball software, content, or branding.
11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
Sports Wrecking Ball may update, modify, suspend, limit, restart, or discontinue any feature or service.
The website may experience interruptions, errors, data loss, maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages, or technical limitations. No uninterrupted or error-free service is promised.
12. DISCLAIMERS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTS WRECKING BALL AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, CHAT FEATURES, GENERATORS, DATA, AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
SPORTS WRECKING BALL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RESULTS.
SPORTS WRECKING BALL DOES NOT VERIFY THE IDENTITY, AGE, STATEMENTS, INTENTIONS, OR CONDUCT OF CHAT PARTICIPANTS AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR PERFORMANCE OF GENERATED LINEUPS.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTS WRECKING BALL AND ITS OWNER, OPERATORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, CONTEST LOSSES, ACCOUNT ACTIONS BY THIRD PARTIES, USER-GENERATED CONTENT, USER INTERACTIONS, MODERATION ERRORS, UNAUTHORIZED RECORDINGS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR SECURITY INCIDENTS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICES.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sports Wrecking Ball and its owner, operators, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, conduct, misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.
15. TERMINATION
You may stop using the services at any time.
Sports Wrecking Ball may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the services or users, address payment issues, comply with law, or respond to security, fraud, or abuse concerns.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY AND THESE TERMS
Sports Wrecking Ball may update this document from time to time.
The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
17. RESPONSIBLE PLAY
Sports Wrecking Ball is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Users should set personal limits and should not spend money they cannot afford to lose. Anyone concerned that fantasy-sports or gambling activity is affecting finances, relationships, work, or well-being should seek appropriate support.
